With thousands of TikTok beauty tutorials and millions of YouTube get-ready-with-me videos, your makeup, skincare, and hair product wishlist is likely too expensive to keep track of.
Not to mention, social media platforms like Instagram now feature shopping modules — allowing a user to add a promoted product from a reel or post to their carts and check out, hassle-free.
Quite unsurprisingly, the vast majority of Gen Z women (92%) acknowledge that their beauty or wellness routines are influenced by online creators, illustrating the trust and power creators hold in driving consumer behavior, according to the new report released by creator-guided shopping platform, LTK. More, 78% of Gen Z and 61% of millennial women rank creators as “their most trusted source for beauty recommendations,” with social media ranking as the No. 1 platform where they discover and admire new beauty products.
Interestingly, Gen Z is more likely to shop for drugstore products (52%) and look for dupes or less expensive versions of luxury beauty items (47%), per the creator-used, shopping trends platform.
To help you best understand what’s hot right now, LTK exclusively shared a list of the top 10 beauty products — ranging from makeup brushes to self-tanning drops. That said, we consider this one of our trendiest, sought-after edits yet.
Meet one of the makeup brushes that’s on the rise: the DIBS Beauty Duo Brush 15. Not only does it have a double-sided charm about it (one for blush, the other for bronzer!) but its slightly denser, angled design makes it ever-so-easy to apply. Even better, it’s made from high-quality synthetic brush hairs.
You can’t step out of the shower without using Tangle Teezer’s The Ultimate Detangling Brush. It’s a No.1 Amazon best-sellers with a whopping 58,000 rave reviews — and counting! — thanks to being suited for all hair types, coming in a boatload of colors and taking your hair from wet to tangle-free.
We’re all about the Tarte Maracuja Juicy Lip (in fact, we reviewed it and still rave about its plumping, satisfying feel). Now, you can grab a trio to have it with you at all times: one for your work tote, another for your nightstand and another for your crossbody bag. It makes a supreme gift idea, too.
For a lightweight foundation that’s much like your favorite moisturizer with SPF, grab the IT Cosmetics CC+ Nude Glow Lightweight Foundation SPF 40. You’ll be impressed by its radiant finish, buildable coverage and generous shade range, may we add.
Hello, PATRICK TA. Not only is the man behind the brand all over TikTok, but its Major Sculpt Crème Contour & Powder Bronzer Duo is quite literally, heaven. It blends beautifully, comes with two options to contour to perfection and is less than $50 for a fairly priced luxury grab.
Just when we thought we were dazzled to the nines with the Dyson Airwrap, the brand has another high-tech hair device in store: the Dyson Airstrait Hair Straightener. Boasting no hot plates and no heat damage, it works well on every hair type (spoiler alert: review coming soon) and ensures your style will last for days.

On the rise? The Global Healing Oxy-Powder Natural Digestive Cleanse, a total detox cleanse with nearly 14,500 shoppers singing its praises. Notably, it helps alleviate fullness while supporting proper digestion, is non-GMO and contains ozone-oxygenated magnesium and citric acid.
The REFY Brow Tint Eyebrow Gel has been at the top of our wishlist for a good while — a less-than-$25 product that helps define your natural brows without the hassle. With plenty of shades, it’s said to be long-lasting and also fragrance-free.
What would we do without the Benefit Cosmetics BADgal BANG! Volumizing Mascara? It’s truly worth the hype (one of the best mascaras we reviewed) and comes in a waterproof option, too, should you prefer. It also helps elongate your lashes and make them pop, more noticeably than some others tested.
Looking to get tan? The Isle of Paradise Self-Tanning Firming Tanning Drops is an all-around cult-favorite that’s supercharged with vitamin C (for brightening), oat extract (for soothing) and caffeine (for tightening and depuffing) to infuse with your moisturizers and other skincare products — or, by itself — for a feel-good glow.
